What we check before a bag ships

• Embossing depth — the monogram has to be crisp and evenly pressed, not shallow or washed out
• Stitching — straight and evenly spaced along the leather trim and the central strap
• Hardware — zip pull, D-ring, padlock and strap clips checked for finish and function
• Shape — the bag has to hold its silhouette instead of collapsing at the base
• What is in the box — dust bag, shoulder strap, padlock and keys where the style includes them

Are these photos of a real unit, or supplier images?

Real unit. These are shot in-house on our own table before dispatch — the same angles we use to approve every order.

Can I request QC photos before my order ships?

Yes. Ask when you order and we will send photos of your unit for approval before it leaves us.

Why do the photos show the bag on a patterned mat?

It is our fixed QC background. Shooting every batch on the same surface keeps the photos comparable between orders — you can judge colour and material consistency against previous batches.
